I figured getting the stomach would be hardest part, not a part of the animal most butchers carry these days. Of course, you have a point; since the butchers deal with most of the carcass, it wouldn't hurt to call and see what they could set aside. I bet they don't get many phone calls asking for lamb stomach, heart, and lungs (according to some of the recipes here.... And then the next question becomes, will they be allowed in our kitchen, or banned due to being gross cuts of the animal?

If you really want haggis, you probably can get kosher ingredients locally. You just need to do it in advance. Give a call to Wasserman and Lemberger (or local equivalent) and ask if you can get whatever ingredients you need, and how much lead time you need to give them. A week’s time is usually good enough for most exotic beef cuts, but they may need for exotic sheep cuts.

Of course, if this is just an excuse to avoid eating haggis, I won’t tell anyone. . . .

Yep, looks like it worked well. I’ve never seen so many people in the recital hall at one time. The balcony was filled, and there were even a couple of people standing in the side aisles. There were times in the past it was practically deserted, this was a very nice change of pace.

I am happy to hear you had a relaxing vacation. Bermuda is a lovely place to visit. I agree with you it is very expensive yet I am blessed to have had the opportunity to take in the sights also.
